Udhampur :- Ranbir Singh Pathania, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Udhampur East Constituency and former MLA of Ramnagar, filed his nomination papers today at the Returning Officer’s office for the Assembly Constituency Udhampur East. The office is located at the Additional District Development Commissioner office complex on Dhar Road, Udhampur.
Advocate R.S. Pathania was accompanied by BJP’s Udhampur District President Arun Gupta and his wife, Juhi Pathania, who is the Vice-Chairman of the District Development Council Udhampur.
Speaking to the media after filing his nomination, Pathania, who is also a BJP spokesperson, expressed confidence in the party’s prospects. He stated that under Narendra Modi’s leadership, the policies and programs implemented have benefited not just the country but also the common people of Jammu and Kashmir. Pathania predicted a significant mandate for the BJP, citing the large turnout of party workers and supporters from Manwal to Udhampur who had come to show their support.
Pathania noted the traffic congestion in the city due to the massive crowd that had gathered for his nomination filing, describing it as a “flood of people” in support of the BJP. He expressed hope that the BJP would sweep all four seats in Udhampur, emphasizing the party’s commitment to work with the principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas” (Together with all, Development for all, Trust of all).The candidate confidently stated that there was no real competition for the BJP in this constituency, and with humility and faith, he believes the party will secure a significant victory in Udhampur East.
