BSP workers should intensify membership campaign in Jammu and Kashmir: Karimpuri

Kathua, TDD,Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP)will intensify its political activities in the coming days in view of the upcoming Panchayat and ULB elections in Jammu Kashmir and under the membership campaign, maximum number of people will be associated with the party in every district of Jammu division. On Monday, in District Kathua, Bahujan Samaj Party J& K Coordinator and former MP Dr. Avtar Singh Karimpuri held a meeting with party leaders in the presence of State President Darshan Rana and while reviewing the membership campaign being run by the party in Jammu Kashmir, appealed to the party leaders and workers to intensify the membership campaign in Jammu Kashmir and promote political activities in every area! He said that now the time has come for party workers to come out of their homes and associate maximum number of people with the party. BSP state coordinator and former MP Dr Avtar Singh Karimpuri said that there is every possibility of Panchayat and ULB elections in Jammu and Kashmir and in order to ensure that the people associated with the party win these elections, all the workers will have to work hard with full responsibility and the target set by the party to add people under the membership campaign before the elections will have to be achieved. He made it clear that the shortcomings in the assembly elections will be removed and every effort will be made to reach the party’s policies to the common people by accelerating political activities. Addressing the meeting, BSP state president Darshan Rana gave information about the membership campaign being run by the party in Jammu and Kashmir and said that the party’s membership campaign is continuing and the party is reviewing the membership campaign by organizing meetings at the district and block level as well as adding more and more people to the party. He said that the campaign is being run at a fast pace in rural areas. And after that this campaign will be started at a fast pace in urban areas as well. During the meeting, state vice president of the party Charanjit Chargotra, state coordinator Gurbaksh Gaurav, general secretary Shashi Bhushan Thapa, Sunil Majotra, state secretary Tilak Raj Bhagat and district president Kathua Raman Kumar along with other senior leaders and workers of the party were also present during the meeting.TDD
