Leh,DD, Hon’ble Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson was called on by a delegation from Matho led by Hon’ble Executive Councillor, Stanzin Chosphel, in connection with the upcoming visit of His Holiness the 41st Sakya Trichen Rinpoche to Ladakh.
The delegation comprised Chakzot of Matho Monastery, Jamyang Skarma; Secretary, Jamyang Phuntsog; Matho Goba, Tsering Angdu; and President of Matho Tsogpa, Ishey Tsering.
The members of the delegation extended their heartfelt gratitude to the Hon’ble CEC for his continued support towards the development of Matho Photang and Gonpa, which is now nearing completion in terms of construction and finishing works.
In view of the upcoming visit, the delegation humbly requested the CEC to visit the site to take stock of the preparations. They also shared tentative plans for next year’s Yarchos Chenmo and sought his support in ensuring the necessary arrangements.
The Hon’ble CEC assured the delegation of his continued support and cooperation in all future efforts.DD
