Leh:DD, The Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh Adv. Tashi Gyalson in the presence of Executive Councillor Tashi Namgyal Yakzee; chaired a review meeting today at the Conference Hall of the Council Secretariat to assess the preparations for the upcoming unveiling ceremony of Kuchok Bakula Rinpoche Shradhanjali Park at Spituk, Leh.
The meeting included comprehensive discussions on key arrangements such as sanitation, refreshments, public address system, stage and seating setup, programme schedule, and guest invitations.
It was informed that the Hon’ble Union Minister for Minority Affairs, Kiren Rijiju, will be the Chief Guest and will formally inaugurate the Shradhanjali Park on 19th May 2025.
CEC Tashi Gyalson directed all concerned departments and officials to ensure that all preparations are completed well in advance.
He emphasized the need for seamless coordination among departments and expressed confidence that the event would be organized with utmost efficiency and decorum.
The meeting also informed that the CEC, along with district officers, will conduct a site visit to personally oversee the progress and final arrangements.
The meeting was attended by President of ALGA; Vice President of LBA; Executive Engineers from various engineering wings of Leh district; Deputy Secretary of LAACL, Leh; officials from relevant departments; and village representatives from Spituk.DD
