Leh, DD: Chairman/CEC LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson, conducted an inspection of the Bakula Rinpoche Shradhanjali Park in the presence of Shri Michael D’Souza, IAS, Administrative Secretary, PWD and DC/CEO LAHDC, Leh, Santosh Sukhdeve.
Accompanying them were Chief Engineer, PWD (R&B/PMGSY); ADC Leh; District Superintending Engineers from PWD, Hydraulic, PHE/I&FC, and PDD Choglamsar; LBA President Chering Dorjay Lakrook; LGA President Gyen Tsering Angdus; Chogje Lama Uchos, and members of the Bakula Rinpoche Memorial Committee.
During the inspection, H’CEC emphasized the importance of the project and called for regular monitoring to ensure its timely completion.
The project is set to be inaugurated on May 19, on the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Ngawang Lobzang Thupstan Chognor, the 19th Kushok Bakula Rinpoche. Concerned departments have been directed to work diligently and coordinate effectively to ensure its smooth execution, as this initiative stands as a prestigious undertaking for Ladakh.DD
