Channi Himmat Police Puts Repeat Offender Put Behind Bars

Jammu: DD, The Channi Himmat Police have booked a wanted notorious drug peddler under PIT-NDPS Act and lodged him in District Jail Udhampur as he was the repeated offender.
The arrest was made by a team of Police Station Channi Himmat, headed by the SHO Police Station Channi Himmat Inspector Shariq Bhat under the close supervision of SDPO City East Jammu and SP City South Jammu.
The notorious drug peddler, namely Rajan Singh alias Rahul Jamwal, son of Ramesh Singh Jamwal, resident of Channi Rama, Tehsil Bahu, District Jammu, has been booked under PIT-NDPS Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.
The booked drug smuggler has been subsequently lodged in District Jail Udhampur.DD
