Srinagar,(DD)Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Upendra Dwivedi reviewed the overall security situation in the Kashmir region and assessed the preparedness for the upcoming Shri Amarnath Yatra 2025.
According to an official statement, Gen Dwivedi was briefed on current operational dynamics and the evolving strategic landscape. The briefing also included a demonstration showcasing the integration of advanced technologies into operational planning — a move aimed at enabling smarter decision-making, enhanced surveillance, and more effective response mechanisms.
