Committee Constituted for Single Window System on Recruitment Rules

Srinagar: DD, The Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday ordered the constitution of a high-level committee for developing a Single Window System to process Recruitment Rules in a time-bound manner.

An order issued by GAD-JK, Principal Secretary to the Government, Public Works (R&B) Department has been appointed as the Chairman of the committee. The members include Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department; Commissioner/Secretary, ARI & Trainings Department (Member Secretary); Secretary, School Education Department; Secretary, Information Technology Department; Secretary, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs; and representatives from J&K Public Service Commission and J&K Services Selection Board, not below the rank of Additional Secretaries. The Chairman may also co-opt any other member as required.

The committee has been tasked to finalize digitization of Recruitment Rules while adopting the “Delhi Model” for expediting the process, to incorporate BISAG-N as a digital partner, and to coordinate, monitor and review the overall system. The ARI & Trainings Department will service the committee. (KNC)
