Rajouri: DD, The Indian Army organized a ‘Motivational Talk on How to Join Armed Forces’ at Hasplot, Rajouri District, on 18th July 2025. The event aimed to inspire school children and the local community to consider careers in the Armed Forces, instilling a sense of patriotism. The session focused on raising awareness about the numerous opportunities available within the Armed Forces and government-supported initiatives for aspiring recruits.
An Army representative emphasized the region’s potential in academically bright students, urging them to harness their talent through proper guidance. The representative highlighted institutions like Sainik Schools and pre-commissioning training academies as paths to a successful career in defense services. A total of 35 participants attended the event, which also underscored the importance of education in personal and community development. The Army representative assured full support and guidance for students in pursuing their goals and contributing to society’s welfare. This initiative is part of the Army’s outreach efforts to bridge gaps in remote areas, where civil administration has limited reach. It fostered trust between the Army and the local community, reinforcing the Army’s commitment to serving both the nation and its people.
