Jammu :TDD, The Indian National Congress has announced the appointment of Nizam Uddin Bhat, MLA Bandipora, as the new Chief Whip of the party in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. The decision was approved by the Congress President and conveyed in a letter by General Secretary K.C. Venugopal.
