Jammu: DD, Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has expressed deep shock over the sad demise of Former Minister and President Dogra Saddar Sabha Jammu Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak.
In a condolence message JKPCC President Tariq Hameed Karra and other senior leaders have expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of Thakur Gulshan Singh Charak and conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
They recalled the contributions of Charak in the political and social field of J&K and outside.He was a secular personality and played a significant role during the period of militancy especially in Poonch -Rajouri under the patronage of top central leadership of Arjun Singh and then Home Minister, SB Chavan.
Several senior leaders conveyed heartfelt condolences to the family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
