Kargil, DD, The District Administration Kargil, in collaboration with Police Administration Kargil and GDC Kargil Sankoo Campus, organized a special counselling session today for aspirants of the upcoming LAHDC KSSRB recruitment examination.
The session, held in the seminar hall of the Science Block, aimed to motivate candidates, guide them in effective preparation, and introduce them to modern learning tools and resources.
At the outset Dr. Saleem Nodal Officer, Sankoo Campus, presented traditional khatqas to the invited guests, reflecting Ladakhi hospitality. The programme witnessed maximum participation of the candidates.
Dr. Anwar Ali, Assistant Information Officer, Department of Information and Public Relations Kargil, delivered an insightful presentation underscoring the importance of strategic preparation and shared practical tips for exam success.
Adding a hands-on component, Mr. Mehboob Ilahi from the Revenue Department Kargil conducted a digital demonstration of the Roam Prep App, showcasing mock drills and multiple-choice questions to help aspirants practice in a simulated exam environment.
An interactive Question-and-Answer session followed, allowing participants to engage directly with the resource persons. Around 90 aspirants attended the programme.
The session was ably moderated by Dr. Azra Khatoon, Assistant Professor, English Department and Gulzar Hussain Coordinator of the programme.
The District Administration reaffirmed its commitment to empowering local youth through educational outreach and resource facilitation, enabling them to excel in competitive examinations.DD
