‘2 properties of OGWs searched; two sent to jail under preventive detention’

Baramulla: DD, Police and other security agencies have launched a crackdown against the terror network, and their sympathizers in Baramulla.
As per a statement, all formations of District Police Baramulla have executed a series of meticulously coordinated preventive operations across the district.
The concerted initiative was aimed at fortifying internal security architecture, neutralizing subversive and law-defying elements, and reinforcing the overall climate of public order and civic assurance.
During these operations, it says that the following actions were undertaken, six individuals linked with subversive networks were brought to police stations and bound down under law.
“22 properties associated with OGWs were searched; 20 OGWs were bound down and 2 were sent to jail under preventive detention,” the media reports qouts police statement as saying.DD
