Jammu, TDD,Crime Branch (SCW) Jammu had received various complaints of similar nature against one Deepak Kumar S/O Parshotam Lal R/O Nathal Chak Kathua who in lieu of providing jobs to the complainants in MES department, had duped them of their hard earned money to the tune of around Rs. 46 lakhs. Accordingly, PVs were got conducted and on the basis of findings, 02 FIRs were registered in PS SCW Crime Branch Jammu against the accused person.
Case FIR No.1/2023 U/Ss 419/420 IPC was entrusted to Inspector Ashok Bajaj who after completing the investigation, produced the challan in the court of CJM Samba against the accused who had cheated the complainant and other victims of their hard earned money to the tune of Rs.42,20,000/- .
Another case FIR No 07/2024 USs 419, 420, 504, IPC of P/S SCW Jammu was entrusted to Inspector Kali Charan who too completed the investigation and produced the challan in the court of CJM Kathua on 19.12.2024.
Pertinently, after taking the money, the accused had fled away, but Insp Ashok Bazaz put in sincere and hectic efforts and finally arrested the accused who was later released on bail by the orders Hon’ble court.
Both the cases have been investigated and challaned under close supervision of SSP Crime Branch (SCW) Jammu Shri Sanjay Parihar and able guidance of Dr. Sunil Gupta IGP Crime J and K.TDD
