Udhampur: DD,District Police Udhampur through its Cybercrime Investigation Unit, has recovered ₹ 3, 29, 013 in defrauded funds today.
The unit resolved several online fraud cases, including investment in trading platform, investment scheme, job opportunity etc.
Since its inception, the cyber cell unit DPO Udhampur has recovered ₹ 25,12,120/- rupees reaffirming its commitment to protecting residents from cyber fraud.
Public Advisory: In light of the rising number of cybercrimes, the Udhampur Police urge the public to be cautious while making online transactions.
