Srinagar:DD, Directorate of Health Services Kashmir (DHSK) has ordered a complete ban on contractual staff accessing or operating BEAMS and Pay Sys portals, citing violations of financial rules.
An official circular issued by DHSK, stated that login credentials and operational control of these portals must remain strictly with regular authorized employees. It said that contractual staff shall only assist under supervision and cannot independently handle data entry, verification, or approvals.
The directive, issued under General Financial Rules 2017, warned that any violation would be treated seriously and could invite administrative action. All Drawing and Disbursing Officers have been directed to ensure strict compliance. (KNC)
