JAMMU,TDD, The Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) of Jammu – Samba – Kathua (JSK) Range Shiv Kumar Sharma along with SSP Kathua Shobit Saxena, SP OPS Billawar Aumer, SDPO East, Jammu Sheezan Bhat and SHO Channi Himmat Mohammed Sadiq visited the house of Martyr Head Constable Bashir Ahmed at Channi Himmat, Jammu who sacrifice his life at (Kog Mandli) Billawar encounter and met with the family members of the Martyr.
DIG JSK Range said that Martyr HC Bashir Ahmed was brave man and J&K Police will always remember his supreme sacrifice and his martyrdom will be the inspiration for the generations to come, DIG JSK Range assured full support to the Martyr’s family and said J&K Police has always been with them and assured his sacrifice will not go in vain.
Besides, DIG JSK Range also went to Military Hospital (MH) Satwari and met with ASI Niaz who got injured at same encounter and asked about his well-being and assured to give any kind of help.
The DIG JSK Range told him that he is proud that there are brave men working in Jammu and Kashmir Police and we always stand with them in every difficult moment.TDD
