Udhampur :- District Police Udhampur arrested one more drug peddler in the jurisdiction of Police Station Chenani and recovered 3.14 grams of heroin like substance from his possession.
Police team from PS Chenani led by its SHO while performing traffic checking duty apprehended one person namely Musharaf @Ramboo S/O Mohd. Arif R/O W.No. 04 Chenani who turned to be suspicious as he diverted his way and moved towards opposite lane (on NHW) on seeing police team.
Upon conducting thorough frisking, 3.14 grams of heroin like substance was recovered from his possession who has been arrested on spot.
On this, a case FIR No. 189/2024 under relevant sections of law stands registered at PS Chenani.
