Emphasizing the hardships faced by thousands of workers, he urged the government to take swift action to secure their future and ensure job stability.
Addressing the pressing concerns of daily wagers, Er. Shan highlighted their decades-long struggle for permanent employment, stressing that they have dedicated their lives to essential public services but continue to face job insecurity and financial instability. He reaffirmed his commitment to being the voice of the underprivileged and vowed to fight for their rights at every level.
“I stand with the hardworking daily wagers who have been the backbone of various government departments. Their dedication deserves recognition, and their demand for regularization must be fulfilled at the earliest. I call upon the administration to take immediate steps to provide them with job security and dignity,” said Er. Anil Kumar Shan.
He further urged policymakers and the government to frame a comprehensive plan that ensures the fair treatment of daily wagers, bringing relief to thousands of struggling families.
