First Successful Engine Inspection Run Completed on Shri Mata Vaishno Devi-Reasi Railway Section

Reasi :TDD, The first engine inspection run between Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Railway Station and Reasi Railway Station has been successfully completed this morning for the Northern Railway. This test run, which covered the stretch between Katra Railway Station and Reasi, saw the engine operate at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour, marking a crucial milestone in the railway section’s development.

Several administrative officials, including the Assistant Operation Manager of Northern Railway, were present to oversee this important trial. After the successful inspection, a mall train was dispatched from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Railway Station towards Reasi Railway Station, running at a controlled speed of 20 kilometers per hour.

The broader Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link Project undertaken by Northern Railway will be finished in haste.
