Four security personnel injured in road mishap in Billawar

KATHUA, TDD: Atleast four security personnel sustained injuries in a road mishap in Billawar in Kathua District.

These security force personnel, who were the part of an advance party that had to escort MoS, Dr Jatinder Singh, during his scheduled visit to the Billawar area in a public rally, as per a local reporter.

However, the vehicle (Innova) bearing registration number PB13-BF- 1591, these security personnel were travelling in, met the road mishap at Dhar Road, when one of its front tyres busted, and the driver lost his control over the vehicle. 

The injured were evacuated to the SDH Billawar where they were provided needed medical treatment.  

An inquest proceeding in the matter has been initiated and further investigation into the road accident is on. (TDD)
