Udhampur :TDD, In a powerful display of civic duty and resilience, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Operational) Sukhvir Singh, who was recently injured in an encounter with terrorists in Mandli Village of Billawar, Kathua District, cast his vote in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly election. Despite his injuries, DSP Singh, accompanied by his wife, visited a polling station located in the Tehsildar office complex in Udhampur to exercise his democratic right.
