GAD Delhi Tightens documents Security at Secretariat after AAP defeat in Delhi Assembly Polls

New Delhi :DD,The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi General Administration Department (GAD) has issued a new security order on February 8, 2025 to make stricter controls over the movement of official records and equipment.
As per the order signed by Joint Secretary (GAD) Pradeep Tayal, no files, documents or computer hardware can be taken out of the Delhi Secretariat complex without explicit permission from GAD. The order is applicable to all departments and offices in the Delhi Secretariat, covering the Secretariat Offices and Camp Offices of the Council of Ministers.
All the branch in-charges have been directed to ensure safety to all their records, including electronic files. The order has been communicated to several other officers of importance, such as secretaries to the ministers of departments of Health, Transport, Food & Supply, and Labour for implementation.DD
