Khaltse, DD: Government Degree College Khaltse celebrated the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign on its campus today with great patriotic zeal. The event began with Dr. Sameena Iqbal, Principal of the college, hoisting the national flag.
Dr. Shah Niwaz, Assistant Professor of Political Science, highlighted the significance of the occasion. He emphasized to the students about the importance of understanding India’s history and the sacrifices made by our forebears in their struggle against colonial oppression and injustice to secure India’s freedom.
The celebration included a Tiranga rally around the campus, preceded by a pledge taken by students and staff to honor the nation’s values. Faculty, staff, and students participated enthusiastically, expressing pride in being part of India’s vibrant and diverse nation.DD
