GOC White Knight Corps Reviews Forward Posts on LoC in Poonch, Rajouri

Mendhar:TDD, In a notable visit to forward areas, GOC White Knight Corps, assisted by the Ace of Spades Division, visited forward posts in Poonch and Rajouri sectors along the LoC, where he took stock of these posts.
On this visit, GOC assessed security infrastructure and readiness for operations from these strategic postings by troops there. He was appreciated for undivided and sustained efforts made in maintaining the area as the land of peace. He stated, however that nothing should undermine their vigil.
The GOC participated in an interactive session with trainee IAS officers in a separate engagement. The discussion included critical aspects of national security, effective governance mechanisms, and the importance of civil-military cooperation in strengthening India’s security framework.
The session underscored the importance of harmonized civil administration and military forces in solving security issues and fostering development in border regions. The GOC discussed strategic challenges and opportunities in managing border regions, emphasizing the role of civil servants in national security.TDD
