Jammu: DD, GOC White Knight Corps, Lt. Gen. P.K. Mishra, along with GOC Ace of Spades Division, Major General Kaushik Mukherjee, on Wednesday visited forward locations along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Poonch and Nowshera sectors to review the prevailing security situation and assess the operational preparedness of troops deployed in the region.
During the visit, the commanders interacted with field officers and troops, commending their vigilance, dedication, and professionalism in maintaining a robust security grid in challenging terrain and weather conditions.
Lt. Gen. Mishra urged all ranks to remain steadfast, maintain a strong offensive posture, and enhance surveillance measures to ensure the sanctity and security of the nation’s borders amid the current security environment.
He also reiterated the importance of high morale, coordination, and readiness to effectively counter any emerging challenges along the LoC. (KNC)
