Ramban, DD: In a spirited celebration of patriotism, the District Administration Ramban, led by Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Alyas Khan, today organized a series of theme-based events under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. These events were conducted as per the activity calendar issued by the district administration, with the aim of instilling national pride and encouraging widespread public participation.
Various departments across the district enthusiastically participated in the campaign by organizing Tiranga Rangoli competitions in schools, polytechnic and other colleges besides public places. Students created vibrant and artistic Rangolis using tricolour themes and organic colours besides leaves and flowers, showcasing their creativity and patriotic fervour. These activities transformed educational institutions into hubs of colourful celebration and national pride.
In addition to Rangoli making, several institutions conducted Rakhi making competitions, Tiranga rallies, painting activities, and awareness campaigns focused on Swachhata, water conservation, and personal hygiene. These events were held at Block, Tehsil, and Sub-Division levels, witnessing enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and local residents. Students also presented cultural performances, including patriotic songs and skits, spreading the message of unity and devotion to the nation.
Participants, especially students, highlighted the unifying spirit of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and motivated their peers, families, and neighbours to hoist the National Flag with pride atop their homes and establishments.
The participating youth encouraged everyone to continue taking part in the upcoming events under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign leading up to Independence Day, thereby strengthening the spirit of unity, pride, and patriotism across Ramban district.DD
