IIM Jammu Concludes Three-Day Training Programme on Contract Management and Arbitration for NHPC

Jammu: The Indian Institute of Management Jammu concluded the Three-Day Training Programme on Contract Management and Arbitration for NHPC with a valedictory ceremony marked by rich reflections, academic rigor, and positive participant feedback.
The programme was designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of contemporary contract management practices and arbitration mechanisms, with a strong focus on practical applicability in professional settings.
Addressing the participants, Prof. Sanjeev Pathak, Chairperson, Executive Education and Consultancy (EE&C), IIM Jammu, thanked them for their active engagement and valuable feedback, assuring that the inputs would be used to further strengthen future programmes.
He emphasized that the programme signifies the beginning of a long-term association between NHPC and IIM Jammu and highlighted plans to explore an advanced five-day cohort in the future.
The programme summary was presented by Dr. Naveen Goyal, Programme Director, IIM Jammu, who provided a comprehensive overview of the sessions, key takeaways, and learning outcomes achieved during the three days.
