UDHAMPUR ,TDD, Independent candidate Pawan Khajuria paid heartfelt tribute to Maharaja Hari Singh on his birth anniversary. Khajuria offered flowers at a portrait of the Maharaja and praised his just rule and visionary leadership that paved the way for progress in Jammu and Kashmir. “We all bow to Maharaja Hari Singh, whose contributions and selfless service continue to inspire us,” Khajuria stated.
Following the tribute, Khajuria embarked on an extensive campaign tour, holding public meetings in various locations including Dadarpath, Johnu, Talpahar, Sunal, Karova, Jaganu, Tharmara, Lot, and Kava. At these gatherings, he sought blessings from the people. The public responded enthusiastically, telling Khajuria that his “victory chariot” has already begun its journey and cannot be stopped, as it is now in the hands of the people. They assured him that the entire Eastern Assembly constituency stands behind him.
Overwhelmed by the support, Khajuria expressed his gratitude, saying he was speechless and humbled by the love and blessings he received. He told the gathered crowds, “The victory chariot you have set in motion will transform into a chariot of development after the 1st (presumably referring to election day). We will lead the Eastern Assembly constituency towards a new direction.”
Khajuria emphasized the importance of reaching every household with their election symbol, which is a sewing machine. He reminded supporters that their serial number on the ballot is 7.
