Mendhar: DD, Indian Army troops today apprehended a Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) resident when he tried to infiltrate across the Line of Control (LoC) in Tarkundi area of Balakote in Poonch District.
The apprehended person has been identified as Mohammed Yousaf, resident of Datote, Pakistan occupied Kashmir.
As per the reports, it is claimed the alert troops of Indian Army, who were manning the forward post along the LoC, noticed a suspicious movement.
The troops sounded an alert and warned the suspected person against advancing towards the Indian terrorist, the reports claim.
As he entered into the Indian territory, the reports said that the intruder was apprehended immediately.
During his frisking, the Indian Army recovered a mobile phone, lighter and bandage from his possession.
He was taken into custody for questioning. Further details are awaited.DD
