Indian Army Officer Conquers Asia Pacific Ironman Championship

Jammu : In a stunning display of endurance and resolve, Brigadier Mohit Mamgain of the Indian Army completed the grueling Asia Pacific Ironman Championship in Busselton, Western Australia.Covering an epic 226 km (140.6 miles) in just 13 hours and 50 minutes, the officer finished the punishing triathlon comprising a 3.8 km swim in the Pacific Ocean, a 180 km bike ride, and a 42.2 km marathon run. This remarkable achievement underscores the unparalleled fitness and mental fortitude of Indian Army personnel. Battling harsh coastal conditions, Brig Mamgain exemplified the “indomitable spirit” of the force, pushing human limits in service of personal and national pride.
