Poonch:DD, Indian Army organised a lecture on Government Employment Schemes at Panchayat Ghar, Gutriyan, a border village in Poonch.
The event attended by 30 enthusiastic locals, aimed to empower youth and residents by familiarising them with opportunities under Mission YUVA, Parvaaz, MUMKIN and Tejaswini Scheme.
The participants were also introduced to the “My Scheme” portal, which helps individuals easily explore and apply for schemes they are eligible for, thereby ensuring greater transparency and accessibility.
The interactive session was well-received, with villagers expressing gratitude for the initiative and pledging to spread awareness further in their community.
By bridging the information gap and motivating the youth to utilise these opportunities, The Indian army reaffirmed commitment towards civil – military connect, youth empowerment and holistic regional development.DD
