Indian Army Organises Photography Cadre at Government Degree College Banihal, Ramban

Ramban: Indian Army organized a Photography Cadre at Government Degree College (GDC), Banihal, with the aim of nurturing creative skills and promoting technical awareness among youth.
A total of 20 students from the college enthusiastically participated in the cadre.

The cadre was conducted by experienced personnel of the domain, who provided hands-on training and theoretical knowledge on the basics of photography. The students were introduced to camera handling, composition techniques, lighting, framing and the importance of visual storytelling.
The emphasis was also laid on discipline, creativity and the effective use of photography as a medium of expression.

The event witnessed active participation and keen interest from the students, who appreciated the opportunity to learn from the professionals.
The initiative helped in enhancing the practical skills of the participants while also strengthening the bond between the Indian Army and the local academic community.

The faculty of Government Degree College, Banihal expressed their gratitude to the Indian Army for organizing such an informative and skill-oriented program.
