Tehran: DD, The Iranian Defence Forces does not believe that Israel will continue the ceasefire that was agreed upon after 12 days of intense war between the two arch rival countries.
Iran’s Armed Forces Chief of Staff, Abdolrahim Mosavi, according to the international media reports, has said that Iran did not start the war, but it responded to the aggressor (Israel) with all power. However, he expressed serious doubts about Israel’s compliance to the commitment for continuing ceasefire.
If Iran is attacked again, Mousavi stated that they will respond with force to any kind of aggression.
Importantly, the 12 days of deadly war ended with a ceasefire that was announced by the US President, Donald Trump after Iran fired missiles towards its base in Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.
The war saw a destruction of buildings, and panic among the people in Israel as Iran fired hundreds of missiles, compelling Israel to end the war that it started with unilateral bombing at the nuclear site deep inside Iran with the help of Mossad spies.
Although Iran, as per the media reports, was able to recover following the initial air strike and killing of top ranking military leaders, and nuclear scientists in Israel raid.
When Israel failed to damage the nuclear site, the international media has reported that the US number B2 war planes were tasked to destroy three nuclear sites inside Iran.
The media reports emerged that the damage to the Iranian nuclear sites remains minimal following Israel’s bombing, and unconfirmed report further stated that the enriched uranium was moved to safer places within 24 hours before the US bombing by Iran.
Meanwhile, the situation in Lebanon has also turned tense with bombing by Israel war planes on some sites. The situation between Iran-Israel remains calm, but uncertain. (AGENCIES)
