Udhampur :TDD,In a commendable display of dedication and professionalism, the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Jammu Zone, Anand Jain, IPS, recognized and rewarded two outstanding police officers for their exceptional investigative work. Inspr. Amit Sangra and Inspr. Sushil Sharma were presented with Commendation Certificates Class-I along with cash rewards at a ceremony held at the Zonal Police Headquarters in Jammu.
Inspr. Amit Sangra was honored for his pivotal role in securing a life imprisonment conviction for the accused in case FIR no. 17/2017, which involved a heinous murder. His meticulous investigation and presentation of evidence led to a just verdict. Similarly, Inspr. Sushil Sharma’s relentless efforts resulted in a life imprisonment conviction for the accused in case FIR no. 101/2016. His exceptional investigative skills and unwavering commitment to justice were instrumental in ensuring that the perpetrators faced the consequences of their crimes.
ADGP Jain expressed his admiration for both officers, commending their unwavering dedication to combating heinous crimes and their exceptional ability to bring criminals to justice.
