J&K Police challans 100 vehicles in Kishtwar under Operation “Third Eye”

Kishtwar, (TDD) In a continued effort under Operation Third Eye, the Kishtwar District Police issued traffic challans to 100 violators for offenses including wrong parking, riding without helmets, and overloading in Kishtwar town.

Under the leadership of SSP Kishtwar Shri Javaid Iqbal Mir, a team was formed to monitor traffic violations using CCTV surveillance and number plate recognition systems. The violators’ vehicle details were captured and cross-checked against their residential addresses, with challans sent along with photographs of the violations.

The following vehicle numbers were issued challans: JK02BL5489, JK17A8660, JK14G4778, JK02AR9371, JK17A0635, and others.

This initiative aims to improve traffic discipline and ensure road safety in the district. (TDD)
