REASI: DD, One person died and two others were injured in a road accident following a landslide in Malai Nallah in Mahore.
According to the reports, a goods carrier vehicle registration number JK20B-9578 was on way to Mahore when, it suddenly got hit by a landslide in Malai Nallah, Mahore.
As a result, the reports said that the vehicle plunged into a gorge leading to the injuries to driver and co-driver.
They were evacuated to the hospital PHC Darmari by the rescue teams. However, the driver, who ahd critical injuries, was declared as brought dead.
The driver has been identified as Shabaz Ahmed, son of Bashir Ahmed, resident of Jamlan, Mahore of Reasi.
Meanwhile, the third person was shifted to PHC Mahore.
The injured have been identified as Javed, son of Mohammed Hussain, resident of Kansooli, Mahore in Reasi and Abdul Ghani.
Police have registered a case in this matter, and further investigation is in progress.DD
