LCMA decides 107 cases on BPA merits

SRINAGAR: DD, The J&K Lake Conservation and Management Authority (LCMA) has decided 107 cases during a 138th meeting of the Building Permission Authority (BPA).
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman, J&K-LCMA at LCMA, Dockyard Nishat NFR Road, Srinagar where threadbare discussion were held and accordingly, a total of 107 cases were decided upon by the BPA on merits.
Meeting was attended by Chief Town Planner of Kashmir, Executive Engineer Electric Inspection Division, Enforcement Officers LCMA, Law officer LCMA, representatives of Executive Engineer UEED Division 1st, & PHE, Executive Engineer Lake Division 2nd LCMA, Tehsildar Khanyar as members of the Building Permission Authority.


In the meanwhile, Chairman BOCA, (Vice Chairman J&K LCMA) requested the people residing in the local jurisdiction of LCMA to apply online for proper building permission through its building permission authority, before starting any sort of construction.
The construction raised illegally shall be dealt with seriously under law and will be demolished.DD
