Leadership Communication Program for School Leaders Begins in Leh Ladakh

Leh: DD, The Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council Leh (LAHDC, Leh) and Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh, in collaboration with District Institute of Education and Training (DIET Leh), have launched a three-day Leadership Communication Program with GoldenMile Learning as the implementing partner.

The program which is going to held from 12th to 14th August 2025, brings together Headmasters and Principals from Higher Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools across Leh’s six educational zones, along with select private school administrators.

Based on a prior need analysis, the training focuses on three modules — Communication for Connection and Influence, Public Speaking: Debunking the Myths, and Building Teams and Leading Change — aiming to inspire change through powerful communication and strengthen educational leadership in the region.

The training is led by Subject expert Tarana Patel and Program Director GML Mumbai India(EDU) Dr. Neepa Oza (Trainers from GoldenMile Learning Trust).DD
