Pahalgam, (DD): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on today visited the home of Syee Aadil Hussain in Hapatnard, Pahalgam, who was among the 26 people killed in the April 22 terror attack at Baisaran Valley.
During the visit, the Lieutenant Governor personally handed over a government job appointment letter to Aadil’s wife, Gulnaz Akhter, as part of the administration’s commitment to support families affected by terrorism.
Speaking to reporters, LG Sinha said the decision to provide a permanent job was taken to help the family regain financial stability after losing their sole breadwinner. He reiterated the government’s resolve to stand by victims of terrorism and ensure their families are not left alone in their time of grief.
