LG Manoj Sinha Reviews Baltal Facilities, Calls for Swift Completion Ahead of Amarnath Yatra

Ganderbal, (DD): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today conducted a comprehensive inspection of the Disaster Management and Yatri Niwas Complex at the Baltal axis in Ganderbal, being developed by the Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board.

The Lieutenant Governor assessed the progress of ongoing works and directed officials to ensure timely completion of all infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing facilities for the pilgrims of the annual Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra.

At Domail, LG Sinha also interacted with the taskforce members and Border Roads Organisation (BRO) personnel engaged in maintaining and upgrading the yatra track. He appreciated their dedication and urged them to uphold high standards of safety and service during the pilgrimage season.

He was accompanied by SJM Gillani, MD, J&K Police Housing Corporation; Dr. Mandeep K. Bhandari, Principal Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor and CEO, Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board; Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir; VK Birdi, IGP Kashmir; and Jatin Kishore, Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal.(DD)
