Shares Success of Yak Tank Summit and Upcoming Healthcare Project ‘NaropaCare’

Leh, DD, The Chairman/Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson, was called on by the Live to Love International team along with its Board Member James Potter.

The delegation was led by the Councillor, Thinles Nurboo from Kungyam Constituency.

The team shared the success of the second edition of the Yak Tank Summit and discussed their upcoming healthcare initiative, NaropaCare.

The Yak Tank Summit, inspired by the global Shark Tank format, has emerged as a unique platform to promote Himalayan entrepreneurship by providing startups and innovators the opportunity to present their ideas directly to investors.

The second edition received an overwhelming response, with selected finalists showcasing their ventures before a panel of investors, some of whom attended the summit in Ladakh.

Further, the Live to Love team briefed the CEC about their flagship project NaropaCare, which seeks to strengthen healthcare delivery in Ladakh with a focus on underserved and remote areas.

The initiative is aimed at bridging regional gaps and ensuring timely access to quality healthcare services for the people of Ladakh.

CEC Tashi Gyalson appreciated the continuous efforts of Live to Love in Ladakh and across the greater Himalayan region. He assured full support to their upcoming healthcare project, noting that such initiatives play a crucial role in improving both entrepreneurship and social development in the region.DD
