Jammu: DD, Police today claimed to have arrested a person and sized his car which has obstructed an ambulance on its way to Naryana Hospital in an area falling under Police Station Nagrota.
Police said that they have taken cognizance of a viral video on social media showing a baleno vehicle obstructing an ambulance on its way to Narayana Hospital in the Nagrota area. Accordingly, a FIR Number 209 of 2025 under Sections 126(2) BNS, 194-E, and 184 MVA has been registered at Police Station Nagrota.
The investigation of the case has taken up, and accordingly, the baleno bearing registration number JK02BP-2401 involved in the incident has been seized.
The police have also arrested the person who was driving the sized car. Further investigation is in progress.DD
