Doda, DD, A large-scale search operation was launched today in Doda district as Jammu and Kashmir Police, in coordination with other security agencies, carried out simultaneous raids on the residences of individuals allegedly operating from Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
According to senior police officials, the drive specifically targets proclaimed offenders, including those currently residing across the border, suspected overground workers (OGWs), and individuals under the scanner for alleged involvement in anti-national activities.
Multiple locations across the district were searched, with security forces seizing evidence and questioning the relatives, friends, and close associates of the accused. The operation aims to dismantle terror networks, disrupt cross-border links, and ensure strict action against those aiding or abetting militancy while staying abroad.
Police have reaffirmed their commitment to intensifying such operations in the coming days to curb the influence of anti-national elements and maintain peace in the region.DD
