Kathua:TDD, Security Forces today recovered a rusted mortar shell from the fields near International Border at Hiranagar in Kathua District.
Sources said that the locals informed the security personnel about the mortar shell that was lying in the open fields at the village Spalwan near the Border Police Post Chakra in Hiranagar.
Soon after the information, a bomb disposal squad reached the spot, and they defused the shell taking all safety measures.TDD
