Udhampur : TDD,Police team from Police Station Rehambal led by its SHO while performing vehicle checking at Phalata naka point stopped one bike bearing registration number JK14H-0978 for checking purpose which was coming from Tikri side towards Udhampur.
On frisking of bike rider, 3.9 grams of heroin (chitta) like Contraband substance was recovered from the possession of said bike rider namely Ajay Kumar S/O Madan Lal R/O Garnai, Udhampur who has been arrested on spot.
On this, a case vide FIR No. 237/2024 U/S 8/21/22/ NDPS Act stands registered in P/S Rehambal and further investigation was set into probe.TDD
