Udhampur : TDD,Udhampur Police team from Police Station Majalta led by SHO while performing vehicle checking at Plater Morh stopped one vehicle (truck) bearing registration number PB06 3266 for checking purpose. During checking of said vehicle, 01 kg of poppy straw like substance was recovered from the possession of the driver of the vehicle namely Ved Parkash S/O Joginder Singh R/O Billawar, Kathua who has been arrested on spot.
On this, a case under relevant sections of NDPS Act stands registered in P/S Majalta and further investigation was set into probe.TDD
