Sadhotra, seek revival of old pension scheme

JAMMU,DD, A delegation of National Movement for Old Pension Scheme (NMOPS), led by State President Mohammed Ashraf Sheikh today called on National Conference Additional General Secretary and former Minister Mr Ajay Kumar
Sadhotra and sought restoration of the Old Pension Scheme for employees working in the Jammu and Kashmir administration.
The delegation said that the employees had many expectations from the present government as the National Conference has all along been pro-poor and pro- employees. They exuded confidence about their demand being conceded to, setting
right the anomaly.
Mr Sadhotra assured the delegation that their demand will be taken up with Chief Minister Mr Omar Abdullah for sympathetic and earnest consideration.
