Jammu,As part of Overseas Ship Deployment (OSD), NCC Cadet Sumit Manmar Sudan of NCC Directorate, JK&L has been selected to visit to Indonesia, Japan & Singapore from 16 Dec 24 to 03 Feb 25 on board an Indian Coast Guard Ship, SHAUNAK. The Cadet belongs to 1 J&K Naval Unit NCC and is student of MAM College. Brig Pranab Misra Offg ADG, NCC Dte JK&L during a pre-despatch interaction complimented cadet Sumit on his selection and exhorted him to use the opportunity to understand the traditions, culture, ethos of the host countries. Such visits provide opportunities to the NCC Cadets to facilitate holistic development and further enhance relationships of our country at citizen to citizen level as also under the strategic implications.TDD
