OPERATION SADBHAVANA SNOWBOARDING TRAINING CAMP AT LADAKH

Leh:DD, In order to introduce & promote Snowboarding sport in Ladakh for the first time, Force Ibex Battalion in collaboration with Ladakh Snowboarding Association, under the overall aegis of Fire and Fury Corps organised a ‘Free Snowboarding Training Camp’ under Operation Sadbhavana at South Pullu, Khardungla, Leh.

A total of 49 children and youth from various regions of Ladakh underwent free Snowboarding training for a duration of 10 days with effect from 16-25 Feb 25 as part of the camp. Major General Ravinder Kumar, SM, General Officer Commanding Leh Sub Area inaugurated and motivated all the participants and staff at South Pullu.

This exclusive camp promised an adrenaline-packed experience for Snowboarding of all skill levels. Participants were provided with top-quality equipments & gear, safety kit items, guidance under expert trainers to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. The youth and children have shown keen interest in the camp.DD
